Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA)
At Sefqat, we offer Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) for NDIS participants with higher support needs who require purpose-built or significantly modified housing. Our SDA properties are designed to maximise independence, accessibility, and comfort giving participants a safe, modern home environment where they can truly thrive.
